What kind of shipments can you ship with us?

  • Parcel shipping with Freight Club

    Parcel Shipping

You will use parcel shipping for shipping smaller products – typically packages less than 150lbs, easily moved by a single carrier. Parcel shipments may have dimension limitations, including packages over 165 inches in length and girth combined.

  • Ship LTL products with ease at Freight Club

    LTL Shipping

You will use less than truckload (LTL) freight shipping for shipping products that exceed the weight and dimensions of a parcel shipment, approximately 150 lbs., but do not require a full truck to transport. Retailers only pay for the portion of the truck their freight occupies.

How many levels of Delivery Services do we offer?

Back of truck shipping

Back of truck

Back of truck delivery describes when drivers bring the shipment to the back of the truck, usually with a pallet jack or pallet pulley. Customers must be available to receive the shipment.

Curbside

Curbside delivery is when the delivery team delivers the product on the sidewalk of a customer’s residential or commercial building.

Basic Threshold

Basic threshold delivery is when the delivery agent leaves the shipment in the first dry place on the property, typically the garage, porch, or first door of the address. It also means the delivery can be made when the customer is not home.

Threshold

Threshold delivery is similar to a basic threshold; however, before delivering a shipment, an appointment is required in threshold delivery. It is also important to note that the delivery agent is not required to enter the building.

Room of Choice

With Room of Choice delivery, the customer can choose which room they want the delivery to be placed in. It requires someone to be present for the delivery, and a signature is required.

Sometimes, you have no choice but to ship an oversized item – be it a futon, a life-sized Chewbacca statue, or a Chewbacca-themed futon.

  • Packing It In: Why Freight Density Matters in LTL Shipping

When loading up your car for a long beach getaway, you probably don’t throw your luggage, towels, chairs, and other supplies into the trunk at random. Instead, you pack them closely together so that you can fit the most amount of equipment in the trunk as possible. Maybe you even tear a rotator cuff trying to get the umbrella in the perfect spot.
